What experiences can I gift?
Our two most popular adventures are the Zipline Canopy Tour and the Treetop Obstacle Course. Both are thrilling, scenic, and designed for memorable forest fun.
How are gift certificates delivered?
At checkout, you’ll enter the recipient’s email. Their unique promo code is emailed on January 6, 2026 to the address you provide—perfect timing for planning a spring adventure.

When can the certificates be used?
Certificate Promo Codes are valid for redemption starting January 6, 2026. ArborTrek’s operating season resumes in the spring, so in the early months of 2026 you can plan ahead and choose the adventure date and time that best suits your needs. Check available dates through our Online Booking System.
Do the certificates expire?
The paid for value never expires. The promotional/discounted rate is valid through December 31, 2026. After that date, your code can still be redeemed at the original purchase price and applied toward any ArborTrek tour purchase.
Who is this right for? Are there age/size requirements?
ArborTrek adventures welcome a wide range of ages and ability levels, with specific participation criteria for each activity. Please review our Participant Requirements to confirm fit for your recipient.
What if the weather is bad?
We operate in a variety of conditions, but safety comes first. If weather impacts operations, we’ll work with you to adjust. See activity-specific guidance on the Zipline Canopy Tour and Treetop Obstacle Course pages, before booking.
How does booking/redemption work?
When you’re ready to book, select your activity/date online and choose “Gift Certificate” at checkout to enter the promo code delivered on January 6, 2026. If you need flexible gifting instead, consider an eGift Card (choose any amount).
